To find the zoom link to host the events or appointments follow the instructions given below:
- In the Events and Appointments page, you will see icons on the right side of each event. The first icon is to start the event. Once you click this icon you will be redirected to the zoom url to host the event. Please make sure that you are logged in to the same zoom account which is connected to the app.
- You can also click on the event/appointment that you want to host and find the “Copy start link” option in the bottom of the panel. You can copy and send this link to anybody. The host can start the event using this link. Again host need to sign in the same zoom account which is connected with the Servv app.
Please Note: If you want to host multiple events at the same time then select “Meeting ID: Generate Automatically” option while creating events. Also, you will then need to buy multiple license from the zoom so that you can host multiple zoom events from the same account at one time.
We will soon launch the new feature where you will be able to connect multiple zoom accounts with Servv. Then there will be no need to buy multiple zoom licence. You will be able to host multiple zoom events at the same moment using different accounts connected to the app.
