Servv AI offers flexibility when sending email notifications to your customers. This guide will help you understand how to set up the correct sender email and customize the contact email for your store.

1. Setting Up the Sender Email

Servv AI allows you to connect your Google email account for sending notifications. This email address will appear as the "sender" for all outgoing emails, and customers can reply to this email directly.

To set it up:

  • Navigate to Integrations -> Mail in your Servv admin dashboard.

  • Connect your Google email account. Once connected, your email account will be used as the sender for all outgoing notifications.

  • All emails will also appear in the "Sent" folder of your connected email account.

If you do not connect an email account, Servv will default to using Servv’s email as the sender.

2. Customizing the Store Contact Email

Servv AI uses the {{store_email}} parameter in email templates to display the store's contact email. By default, this is the email address associated with your Shopify account.

You can view and update this email by:

  • Going to Shopify Settings -> General -> Store details.

If you prefer a different contact email for customer support, you can override this by:

  • Navigating to Servv Settings -> Preferences -> Support email.

  • Enter the email address through which you want your customers to reach you for any queries.
