Manage email notifications in Servv

Turn Servv email notifications on or off and review where notification settings appear when creating services, events, webinars, or recordings.

Servv can send email notifications for events, bookings, recordings, and related customer updates.

Where to manage notifications

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Open Notifications from the Servv navigation.

  3. Review the available notification settings for your store.

Notifications while creating a service

When creating an Event, Zoom event, Webinar, or Recording from Services, you may also see an Email notifications setting on the creation page.

  • Enabled: customers can receive Servv email updates for that item.

  • Disabled: Servv will not send those email notifications for that item.

Recommended setup

Keep email notifications enabled when customers need booking confirmations, event information, recording access details, or reminders.

Troubleshooting

If customers are not receiving emails, confirm that notifications are enabled and that the customer email address on the booking or order is correct.
