Use registrant management to review who has booked an event and to support attendee check-in.
Find registrants
In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.
Open Bookings, Calendar, or the relevant service from Services.
Select the event or occurrence you want to manage.
Open the registrants or attendees area.
Manage attendees
Review customer names, email addresses, booking details, answers to questions, and attendance status where available.
Check in attendees
If check-in is available for the event, mark attendees as checked in when they arrive or join.
Troubleshooting
If a registrant is missing, confirm the Shopify order or booking was completed and that the correct event occurrence is selected.
