After booking

When a customer books or purchases a service through Shopify, they may receive Shopify order emails and Servv booking notifications.

Meeting details

For Zoom events, webinars, or meetings, the customer notification can include the relevant date, time, and access information based on your service setup.

Before the event

If reminders are enabled, Servv can send reminder emails before the scheduled start time.

What to check
