Taxes for Servv event and webinar purchases are handled through Shopify tax and product settings.
Review the Shopify product
Open Shopify admin.
Go to Products.
Open the product connected to the Servv event or webinar.
Review whether the product is marked as taxable.
Save any product changes.
Review store tax settings
Go to Shopify Settings, then Taxes and duties, and confirm the tax rules for your store and customer regions.
