Servv bookings and event purchases go through Shopify checkout, so checkout-level fields are managed in Shopify.

Where to add checkout fields

  1. Open Shopify admin.

  2. Go to Settings, then Checkout.

  3. Review the customer information and checkout form options available on your Shopify plan.

  4. Save the checkout changes.

Servv-specific questions

If you want to ask questions for an event, webinar, or booking page, add those questions in Servv on the service setup page instead of using general checkout fields.

Recommended use

  • Checkout fields: use for store-wide information required on orders.

  • Servv questions: use for event-specific details such as attendee preferences, experience level, or special requirements.
