When an Event or Appointment is created in Servv, a product vendor is automatically assigned to it. It is advised not to change the product vendor for any of the Event or Appointment or the zoom registrations will fail for it.
You can always choose to hide the product vendor from your website by following the steps below
Go to Shopify dashboard and click on Online Store > Themes. You will see Customize option on the top right corner. Click the button.
In the website preview on the right, go to product page and click on one of the event. Product pages options will open on the left.
Click on "Product pages". Uncheck the "Show product vendor" option. Save the changes.
Product vendor will be removed from your product page.
