If Zoom events disconnect or multiple meetings do not behave as expected, start by checking the connected Zoom account and event setup.

Check the Zoom connection

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Open the Zoom connection or integrations area.

  3. Confirm the correct Zoom account is connected.

  4. Reconnect Zoom if the connection appears expired or incorrect.

Review event setup

  • Host account: confirm the host can run the number of meetings or webinars required.

  • Timing: check for overlapping events that use the same Zoom host.

  • Permissions: confirm Zoom permissions were approved when connecting the account.
