Paid Zoom account is required for using Virtual Events, Webinars, Virtual Appointments, Recordings and Bundles feature in Servv app. Zoom account is not required for In-Person events. When you install Servv app to your store, you need to connect your Paid Zoom account with Servv app.

To establish connection, go to Servv app in your Shopify admin panel. Click Integrations and then click "Connect" button under Zoom Account section.

Next, it will redirect you to the Zoom sign-in page where you can enter your credentials and sign-in.

Upon successful sign-in, it will redirect you back to Servv app and your account is connected now.

Once your Zoom account gets connected, you can easily create and host events through Servv.
