Connect your Zoom account to Servv before creating Zoom events, webinars, or recording products from Zoom cloud recordings.

In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

Open Settings or the Zoom connection area.

Sign in to the Zoom account you want to use.

Return to Servv and confirm the account is connected.

3. Select the option to connect Zoom.
4. Sign in to the Zoom account you want to use.
5. Approve the requested Zoom permissions.
6. Return to Servv and confirm the account is connected.

Webinars: required if the webinar is Zoom-based.

Recording products: required when attaching Zoom cloud recording files.

If Zoom does not connect, confirm you are using the correct Zoom account and that your browser allows the Zoom authorization window to complete.
