Registrant limits help you control how many customers can attend a virtual event, Zoom event, or webinar.
Set a registrant limit
In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.
Go to Services.
Create or edit the virtual event, Zoom event, or webinar.
Find the capacity, seats, or registrant limit setting.
Enter the maximum number of registrants.
Save the service.
Before publishing
Confirm the limit matches your Zoom capacity, staffing, and customer experience requirements.
When the limit is reached
If waiting list options are available, enable them when you want customers to register interest after the event is full.
