Servv billing is managed through Shopify app billing.

Review app charges or subscription charges related to Servv.

1. Open Shopify admin.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Billing.
4. Review app charges or subscription charges related to Servv.

If you change your Servv plan, Shopify may show the updated app subscription or charge details in the billing area.

If a charge looks incorrect, contact Servv support with your store name, billing date, and a screenshot of the Shopify billing line item.
