In most cases, customers should register or purchase through your Shopify store before they receive event or webinar details.
Access control
Paid services: customers must complete checkout before receiving access details.
Free services: customers may register without payment, depending on your setup.
Capacity limits: use the registrant limit settings when you want to restrict the number of attendees.
Zoom events and webinars
For Zoom-based services, the join link is connected to the Zoom event or webinar created through Servv and should only be shared with registered customers.
