Uninstall v/s Deauthorization

Uninstall:

Step by step instruction on how to disconnect your Zoom account from Servv app:

  1. Login to your Shopify Store and browse for Servv app.

  2. Servv app will open in the browser.

  3. Go to "Settings" and you will see your Zoom account connected. Click "Disconnect Zoom account" button.

  4. Your Zoom account will be disconnected from the Servv app.

  5. Now you won't be able to create, view, update or delete any event using the Servv app. You will see an error message if you will try to click "Events" or "Create Event" option in the app.

NOTE: This will only disconnect the Servv app on your end and does not deauthorize the app to access your Zoom account. To deauthorize the Servv app to access your Zoom account follow the following steps.

Deauthorization:

Step by step instruction on how to deauthorize the Servv app from your Zoom account:

  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to Zoom App Marketplace.

  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps.

  3. Click the Servv app and click Uninstall.

  4. The Servv app will be uninstalled.

  5. When this happens, the required deauthorization event notification will trigger in the backend, and also invoke the data compliance API and ensure that we have handled/deleted your user data correctly.

Limitations:

Please note that Servv app does not support incognito mode within browsers at this moment.
