Add questions to a Servv booking page so customers can provide details before attending or booking.

Custom questions let you collect service-specific details from customers before a booking or event.

Add questions

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Go to Navigation -> Question templates section

  3. Create a new question template with questions which you can attach to a booking page.

  4. Create or edit the service connected to the booking page.

  5. Open the questions area.

  6. Select template created in step-3 above or add each question

  7. Save the service.

Question examples

  • What would you like to learn?

  • Do you have accessibility needs?

  • Are you attending as an individual or group?

Review responses

Use the booking or registrant details in Servv to review customer responses before the service starts.
