How to contact support
You can contact Servv support from the help center or from the support option inside the Servv app.
What to include
To help the support team investigate faster, include:
Store name: the Shopify store where Servv is installed.
Issue area: Services, Journeys, Calendar, Bookings, Filters, Notifications, Zoom, or Recordings.
Event or recording name: the specific item affected, if applicable.
Expected result: what you were trying to do.
Actual result: what happened instead.
Screenshots: include screenshots if the issue is visual or hard to describe.
Before contacting support
Check that your Zoom account, Google Calendar account, and Shopify permissions are connected correctly if your issue involves events, recordings, notifications, or calendar syncing.
