You can customize the Servv widget appearance so it fits your store design.

Open widget settings

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Open the widget, branding, or display settings area.

  3. Review the available color settings.

Choose colors

Select colors that match your Shopify theme and keep buttons, links, and important text easy to read.

Preview before publishing

After saving the colors, preview the widget on desktop and mobile to confirm the contrast and layout are clear.

Tip

If the widget appears inside a Shopify theme section, also check the theme section background color.
