Servv can send booking, reminder, cancellation, and recording access notifications when email notifications are enabled.
Shopify emails
Shopify may send order and checkout-related emails using your Shopify notification settings.
Zoom emails
If Zoom registration or webinar settings send their own emails, customers may also receive messages from Zoom.

Review Servv notification settings, Shopify notification settings, and Zoom settings together so customers do not receive duplicate or conflicting messages.
