How to use Email Customization feature?

You can customize your emails templates to show store branding. To make changes, please navigate to "Settings->Notifications->Templates" section

Select the template name of the email you want to change Under Email templates -> Template Name

It is recommended that you should not remove the parameters of any template. Otherwise your event/appointment details will not be sent out to your customers.

This is the default email template of virtual event booking confirmation -

You can make required changes in the HTML section and preview your changes in the Email Preview section:

After you made changes scroll up and press the Save button to save it.

If you want to change it to the default template. You can click on the 'Reset to default' button it will undo all the changes.
