Review Servv notifications

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Open Notifications or the service-specific email settings.

  3. Confirm email notifications are enabled where needed.

Review Shopify sender email

  1. Open Shopify admin.

  2. Go to Settings, then Notifications.

  3. Review the sender email and notification settings for your store.

Troubleshooting

  • Missing emails: confirm the customer email address is correct.

  • Duplicate emails: review Servv, Shopify, and Zoom notification settings together.

  • Deliverability: check spam folders and verify your sender email/domain setup in Shopify.
