Using Custom Store Email Feature
Pre-requisites:
This will work for all email accounts support by Google.
This feature support Google Workspace (GSuite) emails for your businesses.
Instructions:
Log into the shopify store and go to the Servv App
Go to integrations tab in the Servv app then click mail
Connect your google account and accept the permissions
Make sure your Service provider is set to “Gmail” if not already.
Troubleshooting:
In case Oauth is setup correctly but notifications are not going, please check the google workspace policy and ensure there's no conflict. If there's a conflict, kindly move the connected gmail account into an organization that allows apps to send emails.
