Servv recording products are Shopify products, so you can use Shopify discounts to offer free or discounted recording access.
Create the recording first
In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.
Go to Services.
Select Create event, then choose Recording.
Create the recording product and attach the correct recording file.
Add a Shopify discount
In Shopify admin, go to Discounts.
Create an automatic discount or discount code.
Apply it to the recording product or the collection that contains the recording.
Save the discount.

Use discounts when you want attendees, members, or selected customers to receive recording access for free or at a reduced price.
