Assign multiple team members to Servv services when an event or webinar has more than one host or staff member.

Use members in Servv when an event or webinar is hosted or managed by more than one person.

Assign members to a service

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Go to Services and open the Event or Webinar where you want to add multiple members

  3. Go to the Filters section and add multiple members. The plan needs to support multiple members and members need to be created ahead of time in Filters -> Members section.

Recommended use

Assign multiple members when customers need to see all hosts, instructors, consultants, or staff connected to the event.
