Add a member for Servv multi-member scheduling

Add team members in Servv so events, webinars, or bookings can be assigned to the right host or staff member.

The multi-member feature helps stores manage services that are hosted by different team members.

Add a member

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Open the Filters, and then Member area from the navigation.

  3. Select the Create option to add a member.

  4. Enter the member name and contact details.

  5. Save the member.

Use the member on a service

When creating or editing an event, webinar, or booking service, assign the appropriate member if the service should be connected to a specific host.

Recommended setup

Keep member names clear and customer-friendly because they may appear in storefront or booking contexts depending on your settings.
