The multi-member feature helps stores manage services that are hosted by different team members.
Add a member
In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.
Open the Filters, and then Member area from the navigation.
Select the Create option to add a member.
Enter the member name and contact details.
Save the member.
Use the member on a service
When creating or editing an event, webinar, or booking service, assign the appropriate member if the service should be connected to a specific host.
Recommended setup
Keep member names clear and customer-friendly because they may appear in storefront or booking contexts depending on your settings.
