How multi-member connections work

Each member can be set up in Servv and, where supported by your plan and configuration, connect their own Zoom or Google account.

Add members

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Open the multi-member or team-member area.

  3. Add the member details.

  4. Connect the member account if the option is available.

  5. Save the member.

Assign members to services

When creating or editing an event, webinar, or booking service, assign the member who should host or manage that service.

Recommended checks

Confirm each member has the correct account connected before publishing customer-facing events.
