Servv is an all-in-one platform for managing your bookings and appointments. In this tutorial, we'll be showing you how to create members in Servv, and how members can connect their Zoom and Google accounts.

Create Member

First, let's add a member. Click on the ‘Create Member' button to get started. Now, fill in the member's details, such as their name, email address, phone number and description. Then, select the checkbox to send authentication links to member. This will send Zoom and Google connect links to the member via email.

Connect Zoom and Google Accounts

Next, the member can open the email and click on the Zoom and Google links to connect their accounts. Please make sure to check spam folder in case member didn't receive the email. Once Member has connected their Zoom account, it will allow them to schedule and manage Zoom meetings directly from Servv. Similarly, they it will also allow them to synchronize their Google Calendar with Servv for all events in Servv as shown in video below.

And there you have it! With Servv, you can easily create members, allow them to connect their Zoom and Google accounts, and provide your members with a dedicated portal to manage their bookings, which we will cover in the next video. Thanks for watching!

Bookings Management

Servv offers two options for Members to manage their bookings.

1. Shopify Admin Portal

In the Shopify Admin portal, members can manage their bookings using Staff Accounts. To add Servv products or manage orders, merchants can assign specific permissions to staff accounts by adding them to their store. The number of Staff Accounts that can be added depends on the Shopify Plan. For more information on this, please refer to the following link:: LINK

2. Dedicated Member Portal

Servv offers a Dedicated Member Portal that allows Members to manage their bookings outside of the Shopify Admin portal. If you would like to enable this feature for your store, please contact our support team at [email protected]. The Member Portal comes with several key features, including::
