Create Collection for Live Shopping Events
1. To create collection for live shopping events, first go to Product > Collection > click on "Create Collection"
2. Create Collection panel will open, you need to enter following details:
Title: Title of the collection
Description: Details of the collection
Collection Type: Select the type of collection from "Manual" and "Automatic", if you want add products one by one or existing and future products that match the conditions you set will be automatically added.
3. Once you enter the collection details, you can create the collection by selecting "Save" option in the top right of the panel. You will receive the notifications stating your collection has been created.
Create Live Shopping Events
To create Live Shopping events, follow the steps below:
1. To create a Live Shopping event, click on the button "Create" in the navigation bar.
2. Create Live shopping Event panel will open, you need to enter following details:
Title: Title of an event
Description: Details of the event
Start date: Date of the event when event will take place
Start Time: Start Time of the event
Time Zone: Time Zone of the location where event is created
Duration: For how long the event will take place
Products Custom Selection: Choose the Products Collection for the products that will be used for promotion during the call.
Add to Google Calendar: Add the event to google calendar for the reminder
3. Further, you can select filters as per requirement while you are creating the event. Following settings have been provided.
4. Once you enter the event details and select the event filters, you can create the event by selecting "Save" option in the top right of the panel. You will receive the notifications stating your event has been created and added to calendar.
Enable Live Shopping Widget
To enable calendar widget in your website, you need to go to Widget in the app and select the "Live Shopping Widget" section from the top and turn ON the Activate Widget option to enable widget in your website
