Once a customer books a virtual appointment, they will receive an email notification over an email account which they have provided while booking appointment. The email will include the following information.
Your store name
The customer's first name
The appointment title
Zoom link to join the virtual appointment at the selected date and time
Date and time of the appointment
Please Note: To cancel the appointment, customers have to contact the store. You will have to cancel the customer's appointment through the Servv app. We do not support appointment cancellation from the customers yet.
