Servv can send automated email notifications for event bookings when notifications are enabled.

Enable notifications for a service

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Go to Services.

  3. Create or edit the event, Zoom event, webinar, or recording.

  4. Review the Email notifications setting.

  5. Keep notifications enabled when customers should receive booking updates.

Notification types

Depending on the service and your setup, notifications may include booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation updates, or recording access details.

Troubleshooting

If customers do not receive emails, confirm that notifications are enabled and that the booking contains a valid customer email address.
