Registrant management helps you review who has booked an event and keep attendee information organized.
Find event registrants
In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.
Open Bookings, Calendar, or Services.
Select the event or occurrence you want to manage.
Open the registrants or attendees section.
Common actions
Review registrants: check names, emails, booking details, and question responses.
Add registrants: manually add a customer if needed.
Import registrants: use CSV import when adding multiple customers.
Check capacity: confirm the event has enough spots before adding more registrants.
Notifications
Confirm whether manually added or imported registrants should receive Servv email notifications.
