Enable customer registration for Servv events so customers can reserve a spot from your storefront.

Registrations let customers reserve a spot for a Servv event or webinar.

Enable registration

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Go to Services.

  3. Create or edit the event or webinar.

  4. Review the registration, booking, or capacity settings.

  5. Make sure the service is available for customers to book.

  6. Save the service.

Storefront checks

Preview the event in the widget, booking page, product page, or collection where it is displayed.

Capacity

If only a limited number of customers can attend, set a registrant limit before publishing.
