Stop registrations when an event is full, cancelled, past the registration deadline, or no longer available.
Close registration
In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.
Go to Services.
Open the event or webinar.
Review the availability, registration, or capacity settings.
Disable registration, set capacity to the current number of registrants, or unpublish the related storefront item depending on your setup.
Save the change.
Customer communication
If customers already registered, send any needed updates through your normal customer communication process.
Storefront check
Preview the event after saving to confirm new customers can no longer register.
