Add registrants manually to a Servv event or webinar when a customer should be included without normal storefront registration.

You can manually add registrants when a customer needs to be included outside the standard storefront booking flow.

Add a registrant

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Open the event or webinar from Services, Calendar, or Bookings.

  3. Open the registrants or bookings area.

  4. Choose the option to add a registrant.

  5. Enter the customer name, email address, and any required details.

  6. Save the registrant.

Important checks

  • Capacity: confirm there is room in the event.

  • Email: confirm the address is correct.

  • Notifications: confirm whether the registrant should receive Servv emails.
