You can manually add registrants when a customer needs to be included outside the standard storefront booking flow.
Add a registrant
In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.
Open the event or webinar from Services, Calendar, or Bookings.
Open the registrants or bookings area.
Choose the option to add a registrant.
Enter the customer name, email address, and any required details.
Save the registrant.
Important checks
Capacity: confirm there is room in the event.
Email: confirm the address is correct.
Notifications: confirm whether the registrant should receive Servv emails.
