Images help customers understand what an event or webinar is about and make the service easier to recognize on your storefront.
Add an image
In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.
Go to Services.
Create or edit the Event, Zoom event, or Webinar. Select More -> View Product details option from menu to navigate to the backend Shopify Product
Upload the image or media area for the service as a regular Shopify Product.
Save the service.
Where the image appears
The image may appear on the Shopify product, Servv widget, collection pages, or booking page depending on your theme and display settings.
Image tips
Use a clear, relevant image with enough space around the subject so it looks good on both desktop and mobile.
Note
Please do not change vendor or variant details in Shopify Product otherwise Servv product may go out of sync. All other information should be managed via Servv app.
