View, update, or delete a Servv event

Find existing Servv events, update their details, or remove events that should no longer be available.

Use the Services area in Servv to manage existing events.

View events

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Go to Services.

  3. Open the Events, Zoom events, or Webinars tab depending on the service type.

  4. Select the event you want to review.

Update an event

Edit the event details, such as title, description, image, price, date, time, timezone, duration, questions, filters, capacity, or notifications. Save changes when finished.

Delete or remove an event

Only delete an event when you are sure it should no longer be used. If customers have already booked, review existing bookings before deleting or unpublishing.
