Create a Zoom event in Servv from the Services area and connect it to your Shopify storefront.

Use Zoom events in Servv when customers need to register or purchase through Shopify and attend through Zoom.

Create the Zoom event

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Go to Services.

  3. Select Create event.

  4. Choose Zoom event.

  5. Enter the title, description, date, time, timezone, duration, price, and image.

  6. Configure notifications, questions, filters, capacity, and recurrence if needed.

  7. Save or create the service.

Before publishing

Confirm your Zoom account is connected to Servv and preview the storefront flow before sharing the event with customers.
