Enable the waiting list for Servv events

Use a waiting list when a Servv event has limited capacity and customers should be able to register interest after it fills.

A waiting list helps capture customer interest when an event reaches its registration limit.

Set the event capacity

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Go to Services.

  3. Create or edit the event or webinar.

  4. Set the registrant limit or capacity for the service.

Enable the waiting list

If the waiting list option is available for the service, enable it before saving the event.

Recommended use

Use waiting lists for high-demand classes, webinars, or limited-capacity events where you may open more seats later.
