Use CSV import when you need to add several registrants to a Servv event without entering each one manually.
Prepare the CSV
Create a CSV file with the registrant information required by your Servv setup, such as name, email address, and any required booking details.
Upload registrants
In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.
Go to the event or booking area where registrants are managed.
Choose the CSV import or bulk-add option if it is available for that event.
Upload the CSV file.
Review the imported registrants before relying on the list.
Important checks
Email addresses: confirm they are valid and unique.
Capacity: confirm the event has enough available spots.
Notifications: confirm whether imported registrants should receive emails.
