Filters help organize services in Servv and can be used to control how events, webinars, or recordings appear to customers.
Create a filter
In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.
In the Servv navigation, select Filters.
Select the option to create a new filter.
Enter the filter name and any required details.
Save the filter.
Apply a filter
When creating or editing a service, review the Filters area and select or create the filter you want to use.
Recommended use
Category filters: group services such as classes, consultations, webinars, or recordings.
Storefront display filters: control which services appear in a specific widget or page.
Operational filters: make it easier for your team to find and manage services inside Servv.
