Add questions to Servv events and webinars so customers can provide useful details while registering.

Questions help you collect details from customers when they register for a Servv event or webinar.

Add questions to a service

  1. In Shopify admin, open Apps, then open Servv.

  2. Go to Services.

  3. Create or edit the Event, Zoom event, or Webinar.

  4. Find the questions or custom fields section.

  5. Add the questions you want customers to answer. You can also create a template under Notifications -> Question templates and use that.

  6. Save the service.

Question ideas

  • Preparation: ask customers what they want to learn or discuss.

  • Logistics: ask about group size, requirements, or preferences.

  • Consent: ask for confirmations needed before the event.

Review answers

Customer answers can be reviewed with the booking or registrant details for the service.
