Timezone and currency settings control how event times are displayed and how payments are processed in your Servv App workspace. Setting these correctly ensures accurate scheduling and smooth checkout experiences for your customers.


Why Timezone & Currency Matter

These settings affect:

  • Event start and end times

  • Booking confirmations and reminders

  • Ticket and product pricing

  • Payment processing and reporting

Setting the correct timezone and currency helps avoid confusion for both you and your customers.


How to Set Your Timezone

To configure your timezone:

  1. Log in to your Servv App account

  2. Go to Workspace SettingsGeneral Settings

  3. Find the Timezone field

  4. Select your preferred timezone from the dropdown list

    • Example: Asia/Kolkata (IST)

  5. Click Save Changes

All new and existing events will now follow the updated timezone.


How to Set Your Currency

To configure your currency:

  1. Go to Workspace SettingsPayments or General Settings

  2. Locate the Currency field

  3. Select your preferred currency from the list:

    • Example: INR (₹), USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£)

  4. Click Save Changes

All future ticket prices and products will use the selected currency.
