Creating a Workspace

A Workspace is the foundation of your Servv App account. It acts as your main control center where you manage events, team members, settings, and integrations. Before you can create events or sell tickets, you must first set up your workspace.


What is a Workspace?

A Workspace represents your business or brand inside Servv App. It stores:

  • Your brand information (name, logo, contact details)

  • Team members and access permissions

  • Events, memberships, and bookings

  • Integrations like WordPress and Shopify

Think of it as your main project or organization inside Servv App.


How to Create a Workspace

Follow these steps to create your workspace:

  1. Log in to your Servv App account

  2. From your dashboard, click Create Workspace

  3. Enter your business or brand details:

    • Workspace Name

    • Business Email

    • Time Zone

    • Country

  4. Click Create Workspace to finish setup

Your workspace will be created instantly and you’ll be redirected to your workspace dashboard.


Workspace Setup Tips

For best results:

  • Use your real brand or business name

  • Select the correct time zone for accurate event scheduling

  • Use a shared business email if multiple team members will manage the workspace


What’s Next?

After creating your workspace, you can:

  • Add team members

  • Connect WordPress or Shopify

  • Create your first event or membership product

If you face issues while creating a workspace:

  • Make sure all required fields are filled

  • Check your internet connection

  • Refresh the page and try again
